In the Discovery stage, we conduct a needs analysis and review of client business processes, in addition to conducting an audit of existing business systems. The primary deliverable is a business case and proposal which will assist in setting corporate expectations, identifying the project scope, and accurately stating the cost-benefits that will result from this project prior to the initiation of the Implementation stage.
Business Process Engineering
In the Business Process Engineering stage, we begin a thorough review of the findings from the Discovery stage to identify specific opportunities for business process improvement, and to determine the company’s Critical Success Factors (what must be done to be successful). The primary deliverable is the project plan which outlines the statement of work to be completed, budget, timeline, resources, assumptions, preparation of process workflow diagrams, and the implementation plan outlining a GAP analysis of client requirements.

Implementation Methodology
Implementation
In the Implementation stage, we provide the necessary professional services to complete the project scope including the configuration and customization of the Client’s NetSuite account, data conversion and migration. Depending on the scope of the project, Tranex will implement customized business processes, complex workflows, and the implementation of advanced NetSuite modules. The primary deliverable is an operational NetSuite business system.
In the Delivery stage, we conduct quality assurance, identify, track, and resolve bugs, test and modify areas of customization, conduct sample transactions to verify proper business process engineering, and conduct an acceptance “walk-through” with the client verifying the successful completion of implementation. The primary deliverable is a completed solution ready to go-live and be handed-off to the client.
In the Optimization stage, NetSuite is rolled-out across the organization, where employees, customers, and partners receive basic training, and further NetSuite enhancements are identified for future implementation.
